    Help facebook help

    My sister inlaws ex boyfriend keeps been able to change her password and email singup name as hes blocked her from using the email address so shes set up a new email and added it to facebook but when she does it sends an email to the old address and he is able to change it back to the previous. is there a way that we can stop him reciving the email to change it back all the time?????.

    P.S
    She has reported him to facebook but there doing nothing about it.

    on the accounts page it should show you what email addys are listed just simply delete the old one on from there

    Just delete the account entirely and create a complete new one from scratch.
    No point in fannying about with the current address if this fucknut is able to fuck around with it.

    All she needs to do is make a list of everyone of her contacts, create the new account entirely with new email address - NEW password (NOTHING like the old one), add all her new contacts and ask them to delete her old account off their lists and block anything from it.

    Try stamping on his fingers, this will make it more difficult for him to change her password.

    he must have more than control over her facebook, check her PC for keyloggers etc.

    Change the password.
    Change the secret question.
    Change the email
    delete any other email

    click on Account -> Contact Email -> Change -> Put your new email address in that box

    Probably best doing this all late at night so he will not be on-line to change it back
