i know this is a bit of a long shot but by any chance does anybody know the name/artist of a tune that goes like!!!

its like a club/dance/house/hard house type of tune!

p.s if it helps i think the voice sounds abit like Ali G! but when i asked the DJ wot it was he said it was an Africa Bambatta tune from about 7 years ago, but im sure he's wrong
