The retarded thing about stories like this is that the person at fault for the WHOLE ordeal is likely some moronic prison guard that thought it'd be fun to beat on the guy a little. Because of that, entire US policy is then questioned. I mean, it isn't like a few senators called up the prison and suggested they give the guy a bit of a "once over" with a bamboo pole.

It's just some cocky, likely closet homosexual, prison guard that couldn't control his anger. And that retarded prison guard now has the power of bringing international scrutiny.

Ok, sorry. The Arab name thing was dumb. Should have kept it to myself and yes, he was suspected of having major ties with al-Quaeda, but there was and still is no evidence.

People can't go around taking their anger out on suspects, even if they ARE guilty. That is what punishments (like prison sentences) are for.

And as for him being an illegal immigrant, he still didn't deserve the treatment he got.
