Alrite guys,
I was travelling back from Ikea in Wednesbury on the Junction 9 of M6 and I turned onto J1 of the M5 (i think) and around there there were some gatso lines just after a bridge, but these weren't normal gatso lines as they were to the right hand side of the outside lane only, like right on the central reservation almost.
As there were no speed camera signs and there usually aren't any on the motorway, and none on the M5 to my knowledge, was it somthing for a mobile camera van to calibrate to? If so my Snooper S3 didn't go off at all so i'm guessing the coppers had somthing better to do than laser me for the camera vans on their saturday morning.
I was doing 74mph according to my speedo, but cause there were originally 15" wheels, now i've put 17" m3 replicas on it, that would equate to about 84mph. How much out would the speedo be, over 6mph I hope, it's on a December 97 316i
I kno I should be ok, cause of the speedo should be out by about that or a bit more and the fact that there are no fixed cameras and the laser detector didn't go off, but I do like to check i'm ok, as i've passed my test a few days over 18months ago and i don't particularly want any points with only 6 points to loose for the next 6 months.
Cheers
