Help with finding letter sender!

I got a letter through the post that reads

"Keep your mouth shut or loose your arse" today. Addressed to me with my name and flat number etc..

I have no idea who this might be, but I know he lives in the Manchseter Area my mate who I thought it might be swore on his life it wasn't him.

Now I know of nothing that it could be so i'm not sure what there talking about.

The letter says Manchester ( 08.02.10) and then has GREAT BRITAIN POSTAGE PAID printed on the envolope, and inside the postage paid square the number 0036 in massive letters and below it N1251182 below that slightly smaller. I guessing this is the key to finding out who sent it, seems like a business of some sort.

Any ideas? can anyone shed some light on the situation?

lol found out who it was, my flat mate is a cock, he sent it from work. He denied it to the end of the earth then after i'd rung round everyone that worked in manchester he finally admitted it was him, guess my other flat mate is next.

Its revenge for when I changed my e-mail to his by using the works mail server and sent all my mates an e-mail saying he was getting back with his ex.
