Security testing a Windows Server

Hi,

A rather general enquiry...are there any tools or apps that will test the security of a Windows Server? Something that will scan ports/probe-test weaknesses; that sort of thing?

I'm guessing nmap should be able to do it well, although I was only using it to scan for infected pc's so I can't say how well it does it.
