is there a site which lists all model numbers and the corrresponding version numbers? If so please post it.

Number of screws on bottom: 8

2nd ps2: SCPH-30001 R/97001

Serial #: U1382162

Number of screws on bottom: 8

I heavily suspect that they are both version 4. Can anyone confirm this and again direct me to a site which will further confirm it?
