No need to download the working version. There is a fix for the nuked one. It was just a bad iso. Do this:

    1. Extract the files from the iso using XDFSExtracter. xIso will NOT work.

    2. Build a new image with cdrecord. Then burn it with Primo or whatever.

Actually Lifter, it does. I followed your instructions, didn't change any options creating the ISO, reburned the game and it works fine now. I am not sure it was even worth a blank DVD, nevermind 2 since I made a coaster. It is another variation of Crazy Taxi/Yakuza/Etc. I got tired of Crazy Taxi after 30 mins and never did like all the remakes out there. Oh well... just letting you know the method you posted to make it work does work. Using PrimoDVD w/Princo's after extracting and recreating the ISO.

Oh I'm sure I won't play if for 5 minutes. I just have this sick obsession with collecting every Xbox game. Anyways, I'm glad it worked for ya Ace, but it didn't for me. If this method doesn't work for everyone, then people are better off looking for the working version.

Hahaha, that's funny. I am the same way. I have to collect them all. I still have PSX games I have never played. Too many games now to try them all. Easily over 2000 games just for N64/PSX/Dreamcast/PS2/Xbox, not counting all the GB(C)(A), and roms for all the EMU's. Think we need to go see a shrink about this? My friends think so.

Hey, off topic ? but how do you burn Street Hoops from a rental? It's like 5.1 gigs. Is there a file I can delete and copy a smaller one to it's place to make it fit on a DVD? Thanks in advance.

I saw this morning on Extended Play that they actually liked Chase a lot better than Stuntman for PS2. I might agree if it were not using the Crazy Taxi engine... that game just rubs me the wrong way. Never could understand all the hype. Maybe on Arcade, but not a console game. Then to use it for a stunt game, it's not realistic enough and when you play, it feels 100% like CT, just with Tony Hawk type goals.

You'll have to downsample onthe movies. Do a search on Google for Bink Video encoder. It's freeware, and it's as good as Media Cleaner for Power Mac (the video geeks will know what that is). Anyways, just downsample them so that you'll end up w/ 4.7 gigs.

I got the Project X version working. Originally it didn't work for me, when I burnt it to DVD-RW.

So I unpacked the ISO with XISO and uploaded it to my Xbox's HD. I then tested it running off the HD and it worked. Once I had done that, I repacked it with Isomaker and it worked a charm

That's great. Splendid. I'm so proud of you that I'm crackin' open the champagne right now.

Guess, what. It doesn't work for everyone. Read the thread. It works for some, and not others. Different modchips, different kernel versions, who the fuck knows. The game is a nuke.

Well I originally was going to post what I said before it was mentioned in the thread. Then I had to wait a week for my login to work as I was a new user and didn't re-read the thread. My fault. I'll keep my mouth shut and let the mighty Haxors do their work.
