For anyone who doesn't know it's known as Gao Yord.It actually depicts the top of a temple and represents the 9 ways to enlightenment.

Just use enough water to cover your vegetables,the same goes for when you're having a bath....

Between the shoulder blades just below the neck line.It has to be done high up due to tradition
