website problems

havnt been here for while due to heart attack,but hope someone can help with my problem.
just opened new website/forum,am having problem in that while people can get onto main site(which is unfinished)when they try to access forum,either via main site http://www.peoplesjustice.com/or direct http://www.peoplesjustice.com/forum/ they get a page cannot be found meesage.
i can access it from my main pc,from dialup on my laptop,.but nobody else seems to be able to access it.any help much appreciated.

its a forum to try to help people with probs with political correctness,false accusations,corruption etc,certainly nothing that competes with or resembles this one/forum software is phpbb2,wasnt sure which u were asking about m8.

it supports php 4.02,on an apache server running unix,
