    HELP

    i was messing about with my phone a couple of hours ago and somehow i've changed all the helpline comments into dutch, i'm on vodafone nl izi tarrif i have around €20,03 credit but i can no longer make a call, check my balance, add credit or anything else, i've tried the vodafone uk helpline (they couldnt help), i dont even know my izi phone number (i know its starts 06 but thats it )

    can anyone find out the numbers i need to dial to change my automated services back into english, i've tried dialing out using +44xxxxxxxxxx to a uk number an +31 to a dutch number, i've tried *100*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx#, i've tried the izi helpline on 555 (doesnt seem to work anymore) and the uk creditline 2345 but all to no avail i'm afraid, i cant even email the vodafone.nl customer services as i cant fill in the helpline form

    ok, ive got it calling out again and accepting incoming calls (using +44 to call a uk number and +31 to call the phone itself from a uk vodafone , if i try to dial using the *100*xxxxxxxx# i get this message
    Nu nog makkelijker bellen vanaf dit netwerk: toets +31 voor het telefoonnr, bv +31201234567 u hoeft geen *100* meer te bellen
    i'm not even getting my options on 555 though just a message in dutch then it hangs up, i need my english menus back as i cant buy izi+ cards in the uk and i need to add credit using uk vodafone cards (i think it used to be option 1 then 3).

    i got the dutch translated but i still cant access 555 let alone understand it

    Hi ABCMan my girlfriends Dutch she says this means

    "now you can dial even easier using this network: dial 31 before the number, ie: +31201234567 ,you do not have to dial *100* anymore"

    yeah i said i'd got that bit translated wonky

    @dingle, its nothing to do with my phone, at vodafone nl they have an option to have all their infolines etc in english instead of dutch, that is what has changed back to dutch.

    if you write down the dutch version menus in the phone i`ll pass em on to my girl and she`ll try and help you out mate!!

    wonky, its spoken dutch menus, all i get is something like "welcome to vodafone izi infoline" then it goes onto say something else the only other word i get is "maximum".

    However, i got the landline helpline number for vodafone nl and it turns out the problem was their end, I played them the message down the phone and it was sorted in seconds i now have it running properly again

    thanks for the offer anyway, if it happens again i'll let you know.
