Two things spring to mind. 1) are you overclocking at all? and 2) What's your system/CPU temps like? (i.e. what system you got?)

You seem to have a problem with a device driver conflicting with another driver (probably resource sharing) have u installed or updated any drivers?

The only way to find out what is causing it is to either disable certain devices you know you can to eliminate the problem or remove devices from your system.

I get that one too m8, EVERY time I shut down or restart my PC, it get to the stage it's about to switch off, then CLICK, BSOD. I doubt it's a driver issue in my case, seeing the drivers have not been updated\replaced or modified UNTIL that and another problem started. The cure? bite the bullet and reformat, or......either spend hours\days\weeks troubleshooting the prob as it becomes more and more regular and risk damaging your monitor as it's usually the closest inanimate object to hand when you throw a wobbly cos you just lost whatever you were working on at the time, or.............maybe thats just me????????
