      Default Xbox Debug Kit

      I just got an Xbox Debug kit from a buddy who works in the biz, does anyone know if it can be modded to work like a retail unit? Right now it won't even boot retail games or play DVD movies (with the DVD dongle installed), all it will boot are the 3 beta copies of games and 1 test function disc it came with. Any answers are appreciated.
