Changing the Composition of My Shit
For about the past two months my shits have been really watery. I thought it was because I was drinking so much beer, but for the last two weeks I've not been drinking all that much but my shits are still pouring out instead of plopping.
I was wondering what sort of food and drink can add a bit of body to it because the clean up operations after dropping one are giving me a sore arse.
Lot's of dairy products.
starch
pretzels, potato chips, oatmeal, crackers, etc. etc.
Krabby Patties
Yogurts. Good yogurt once a day turns your poop into gold.
If you have been eating solid food then the stools should be solid, two months is a bad sign you should go to the Doctor as it could be something serious. Drinking beer can be fun but when you end up with a sponge for a liver you wont be laughing. Your look all yellow and proberly die sometime after that.
The moral of the story is :
1. stop drinking to much beer
2. go and see your doctor about your shit

I'll try a look at my diet and see if that can help it. Give it a couple of weeks of solid shit producing food.
Bandit600: I think you can get away with a few pints here and there without ruining your liver. Isn't it just alcoholics that get fucked livers?
Anyway, beer is better than things like vodka for the liver.
You could be lactose intolerant, so try staying away from dairy products.
Alcohol makes your poop come out like liquid, so stop drinking.
Try eating more protein. Usually people with high protein/low fat diets (like bodybuilders) get constipated.
Bananas are supposed to either make it more solid or make it more liquid, forget which, and i think it has one effect ons ome people and the opposite effect on others.
If you want to see something really weird, eat a slurpee/slush puppie/whatever that contains really, really dark food coloring (like, black food coloring, they make it)
your poo will be solid black, i guarantee it.

hrmm ive been having a similar problem for a while now except that my shit is rock hard i can barely get it out my ass. any suggestions?

anyway...one thing that is interesting..everytime i come acroos one of these websites..and watch some of the picture...i can actually smell the shit..and feel it in some sort of wierd way..its prolly some sort of really strong psychological defense mechanism ..because i get so disgusted.

Stimulating Evacuation. Now that sounds nice.. Has anybody ever had an enema? I hear after getting over the fact that you have to stick a peice of plastic up your ass, it feels really good to be so cleaned out..
