alarm system help needed

Anyone help me with my house alarm?
I have to secure the house and there will be someone checking
everyday and i want to set the alarm i cannot remember how to make the kitchen the first entry point so the alarm activates but gives the person time to key in the code without going off immediately.... I was hoping most alarm systems be the same
I hav'nt used it for a very long time because someone always here and i've forgot not had it serviced for over 4 years neither

try the manufacturer or their website for an instruction manual.

as far as entry/exit it should already be set so that it gives you time to key in the pin to turn it off.

thanx m8 but all i know of them is central alarm securities birmingham! dont have a web address or phone number for them
it was on the front of the box but the sticker has worn away
i have the code to set the alarm but the 1st entry point is the front room and i want to switch it to the kitchen because i have somebody calling while im away everday to feed the animals and they will be using the back door at the moment when the alarm is set this triggers it immediately i wondered if sombody knew how to change this
