dos IR?

I've picked up a v. cheap laptop which works perfectly but is missing its CD rom drive, and only has DOS on it, put on by me. What i want to know is, is there a DOS program which allows IR data transfer from one machine to another?

I use to use

Navigator Light for DOS

many years ago with my LG. I know there are many more different programs which do exactly the same but ur gonna have to surf the web and find them. hope this helps
