tips on drying bud
I recently got some bud right off the (live) plant - I've never got any so wet before and want to dry it to that perfect to smoke 'dry but still moist' stage without it going moldy and without getting too dry. Its not hydroponic but its nice and thick with just a few small leaves that I've removed. Tips?
Has it been flushed?? better hope so....if you want to boge it right away i've found putting a couple inches away from a gas fireplace is quick (watch out or you'll burn it), but one way or another cahnces are it's gonna suck unless you hang it in the sun or on some aluminum foil that i kinda thing it's best to slow dry it...hope that helps

I'm sure some websites can tell you the best methods to cure weed.
What I did once was put it in a baggy with some cinnamon sticks...gave the bud some nice taste
I've smoked right off of the plant before and got high, so I'm pretty sure that you can't really fuck up the curing process, unless you maybe left it somewhere where the environment could affect it..
I just realised I'm not providing you with any new info, so I'm gonna stop.

I've put it in the microwave for a few seconds and it dried it out enough to smoke.

Ask your mommy how to dry the weed.
Bake @ 350 for 8-10 mins
Putting it in the microwave will get it try, but you'll lose most of the potency. I don't smoke no more, but i remember being too impatient to let it try properly. Its worth taking the time to do it properly.
Ask the people at the overgrow forums.
If you have a light in your house that has the glass shade just put the weed in some foil and put it up on the shade a couple of inches from the light bulb. Leave it there for about a day.
do not microwave..ever.. and get a small de-humidifier, and put it in a small dark cuboard for a day or so.. perfect, still sticky but dry...
Put it in a paper bag for a couple days, make sure it gets a little airflow through it. Put the bag in a dry, dark, semi-warm (not hot) area. After that, if you want to cure it put it in a sealable glass jar (preferable, or tupperware) and open the container once a day to swap air out. About a week of doing this will give you a nice, cured nugget to smoke if you're patient.
drench the weed in water, lots of it!
then take it out, and squeeze it dry!
works well! also spray it with a bit of lemon juice for flavours.

Basically, if you microwave/slam the plant in the oven etc (any other dumb thing just so that it will dry quicker) you wont get good weed. Before its properly dried, it only has lets say 40% of the "power" to get you quite nicely stoned.
Let it hang upside down, wrapped around in newspaper (wrap the whole plant into a cone (or even easier, like a joint, except its open on the top..)
and let it try in a dry dark room (around 25 degrees C).
Let it be for around 3 weeks, and pick them, and smoke them...

i reccomend curing it first (so it can be much more potent) and then druying it naturrally on the sun
couse in microwawe you may or may not loose some thc, depends on your microwawe power...
