this small faq taken from other forum, cheers to john316

    Q. What is the shipping cost for a single DVD to the UK?

    A. $4.99 CA

    Q. Is DVD Soon safe from customs?

    A. Yes and no - DVD Soon assign a value of $12 CA to each DVD sent out so if you order 3 DVDs in one package, the declared value on the package is $36 CA which is around £15. So this means that a DVD order of 3 items or less will almost certainly be free from customs fees. If you place an order over 3 DVDs, then you are advised to take advantage of the Free Shipping (this is for all orders consisting of 4 DVDs or more and which have a value of $165 CA) and use your head when placing your order. Make sure your DVDs have differing releases dates otherwise they will simply ship all your DVDs at the same time if they all arrive in stock within a week of each other.

    Q. Do DVD Soon charge in advance?

    A. Yes but the Q/A regarding varying prices gives a good excuse for paying up in advance.

    Q. How long does an item from DVD Soon take to arrive?

    A. Typically about 5-7 days till you receive it.

    Q. How do refunds work?

You can either choose to have your money returned as Store Credit or straight back to your Credit Card.

    Q. Do DVD Soon ship DVDs ahead of release date?

    A. Yes, it can vary from a few weeks before its official release date to you receiving it on the actual release date. But if you make an order for 2 preorders of different dates, they will not ship till the 2nd DVD arrives in stock so you may be waiting a while till it ships.

    Q. How do DVD Soon package?

    A. In a plastic bag effort surrounded by decently tough cardboard

    Q. 'When I ordered 'DVD 1' it was priced at $50 CA and its now priced at $43 CA - Why?

    A. DVD Soon's prices on DVD preorders have a dendency to go up and down - typically, when they add a DVD to the preorder page, it is a special price. But this is a limited time offer and within a week, it will move up steadily in price till it reaches the true price. It is a good system for those unsure about paying in advance as you gain here from those who prefer to pay just before its actually released.
