just been involved in the "british army " post and it got me thinkin.........should we have the right same as the yanks and isralies???............after readin about them lunatics in london holding a 9/11 "celebration" in their mosk and sayin that if iraq is invaded expect retaliation on british soil..............it might not come to it where we have to defend ourselves...........but 1 thing is for sure i would protect my family.

i wouldnt mind one for personal protection, but i thought that the reason they were banned was cos of hyped up lunatics thinking they were top bollocks cos they had a gun. a law to get them re-legalalised (sp?) would never pass

basically, here in the UK, gun laws or not, if someone wants a firearm badly enuff, they will get one. i dont think it is a good idea legalising them because i think that what has been happening in the US recently (school shootings etc) will become a regular occurance here.
