I've downloaded evo x but it dosent contain an ISO just folders and files?

Hi there, follow these 6 steps....

1 - Using Primo DVD (Prassi), File, New, Datadisc, drop these files & folders into the layout and burn onto a CDRW using these data job options:-

DAO, Closed
Mode 1
UDF with Joliet, 106 in length and 8+3 tree

2 - Burn

3 - Boot & enjoy

4 - Go and learn how to count
