i have a friend that came home from a trip to asia.
He tells me that he has seen lotr2 at a friend he visited.
it was a bad quality cam but he is 100% sure that is was lotr2.
Can this be true?
i have heard that they are not done with the editing of the movie yet...

read the slashdot article on this. it is real but its shitty quality, unfinished (still needs editing and dropping of gay scences). its a 3 cd divx, but even if i had it i wouldnt ruin a great movie by watching it this way =/
it was initially available on p2p (kazaa i guess) but it shouldve been everywhere else by now....

i thought all movies already were done and just waiting to be released, but I am probably wrong, but still, the LOTR trilogy should first be watched at the cinema, after that you can grab a DVD Screener in SVCD, but I could never dream of seeing LOTR: The two towers on my PC or DVD without seeing it in the cinemas first, but that might just be me, i dunno...

Reportedly the other two movies have been leaked since around the same time LOTR 1 was BUT here's the catch. They "FILMED" everything for the other two movies at the same time, but EVERYTHING like the cave troll/gollum in the first is NOT in the other two "leaked" versions. Therefore its not really a complete movie but more like a shitty "making the movie" looking thing because there's no special effects /cg animation in them. Why anyone would want to watch a shitty unfinished version of a movie is beyond me.

Now don't go flaming me for saying they're out, because I don't know and when I'm not SURE somethings been released I tend to lean towards it being bullshit. But on this topic I did read something like this awhile back. It'll be out soon enough in theatres / dvd screener so just hang outn and watch some other stuff for awhile.

doubt it seeing that its not evan been properly cut yet.. there still tampering with effects and cut scenes.. so if he has got it and on cam .. he must be able to travel forward in time .. oh then back again of course.
