FIFA : New red card rule

fifa have just announced a change to the red card rule, from now on all red cards will result in an immediate 1 match ban irrespective of any appeals, this is to "preserve the authority of the referee".

It is to be implemented as soon as possible.

absolute balls, if a player is sent of later to be proven in video evidence as inocent then thats rubbish.

Is that for a direct red card call by the ref, does that includes two yellow cards eqaulling a red?
