why would you want to do that?
i guess you could use isobuster or even winrar... but i fail to see the point unless your planning to replace sound files or something

Dude since you put noob. Im gonna hold my breathe and hope u dont think .iso is a compression format like rar or zip. Iso is a game image if you downloaded a game image you just burn it with nero or something you like.
If you actually want to extract it for some reasion isobust is good
