SEGA GT weird Graphics.?

Ive had Sega GT 2002 for a fiew weeks now and the graphics are starting to get to me. Im playing on a PAL xbox set to NTSC, Im getting kind of weird blury effect in game any one else getting the same weird effect.?

do you get them when you are in the cockpit and driving fast?
if so, its the compressed air forced around your car when you are traveling at high speeds, or then again i could be wrong

i get it when im in car view. Its just bloody well off putting it surley got to be some sort of flaw.?

Dunno m8 ive got Moto GP but not realy got into it.

best I can make out, it's supposed to be like windscreen distortion, it only happens with the in-car view.

Ha right m8, Hope so i tryed it in pal mode lol the game goes well weird on you Ai is pants.

Its fine in PAL mode as long as you run it at 60Hz.

The blur effect is I think (supposed to be) windscreen distortion although to me it looks crap, like transparent trees flashing by.
