    Default divx, mp3 and mpg1 and 2 player

    according to these links there is now a player for the ps2.
    has anyone more info or where to get one from. is the network adapter some sort of dongle.

    well , it's just some system where you still need a PC to stock Divx , like on Xbox ... it basically use the PS2 as a PC to TV device ... 50$ fro that , when my Geforce 4 does it naturally ? rather get ****ed ...

    maybe they could work on cd......mp3 player has been out for ages. sure ive read about divx player in forum somewhere thats in development..

    Sorry folks about the PSP history, I sold one at the price I bought to a mate and 2nd one I got some cash extra.

    dont think the sites say owt about resolution. shouldnt be that bad if theres a proper company making it.

    upto 720*380 i heard , not sure , but almost all format are going to be later or sooner supported ( as mentionned on divx.com )

    Only thing missing really is playback from the ps2 cd drive

    Surely someone will be able to crack/configure it to be able to do that?!?!

    DivX video at resolutions of 720x320 and below can play back videos encoded in all versions of the codec

    it wont work from cd drive coz it uses codecs off your pc
