Has anyone had trouble with this game

when i first got it i played it no problems it worked fine, now when i try and play it the screen just locks up on the terminator blue screen just before the press start should come up.

i have even tried reburning it on a couple of types of discs even a neo, but no matter what i do it just wont boot anymore

how weird is that, has anyone got any ideas or had the same thing
