Brill idea - I've still got to edit a wedding vid from a while ago, but it's been so long since I last used any Apps.
Might be a good idea to make a list of APPS that we could start to use??
Adobe Creative Suite
Sony Vegas etc etc.

After you have edited you could then go down the grading route.
I would love to put our software up, but at £120k a pop and a mega PC required to run it real time I don't think I will. However Apple Colour etc... all do this

iMovie on the Mac is a whole lot of software for an essentially free package.
Good idea this, as I'm starting to do bits of editing in iMovie, and if worthwhile might upgrade.
Got an idea!
Open up Photoshop in CS4. Attach up to three people or objects to suit your theme. Use Iclone 4 and Crazy Talk to sort out the facial animation. Pinnacle Studio lets you edit the sounds and voice over and bring the various elements out on a timeline with the following results:-

Works with animals and inanimate objects as well. Great for stinging someone who has been annoying you ...
