Problem: Cant Sync Wii Remotes

Wii been working fine but the wii mote just stopped responding.

Ive tryed 3 other wii remotes with no success.

tryed another sensor bar still no joy.

Tryed holding SYNC button on wii for 20seconds to reset remotes saved. then sync again, no joy.

Cant think of anything else, but its a soft modded wii so i cant send back unless i virginise it. any ideas?

Tryed them mate, forgot to mention that i'd tryed the solution on the nintendo site.

Just re-read the instructions, problem is you have to clear the sync on the heath screen which i have disabled in priiloader could i plug a GC controller in to navigate the the hacks and enable health screen?

ve had to replace a fw of them for people before

I had he horrilbe feeling i might be that but im hoping its just needing the sync reset but i cant do it since i cannot get to the health screen because it is disabled via priiloader, can a GC controller navigate through priiloader to re-enable it?

not too sure mate to be honest but it is pretty easy to replace the bluetooth module and they are only about £10 on ebay

saying that i've got one you can borrow to see if it fixes it, if it does then you can just replace it for me or send that one back and buy another

Just tried hold reset button to get into priloader if it doesnt boot straight away then a gamecube controller does allow you to navigate. Hope you fix it M8.

I can get into priiloader using reset button but since the remotes dont sync i cant enable the health screen to reset sync.

the game cube controller will allow you to reset the option on priloader to bring up health screen. It allows you to navigate the options without the wii remote.

UPDATE: Replaced the Bluetooth Module with a Brand New one from Deal extreme(about £5.40)

Still not working, so going to try the NGC Controller option. If i cannot get it to work, whats the chance of getting my money back as its soft modded. From littlewoods

Don't know how much use this info will be, but I was having trouble syncing a remote myself. My Wii autoboots into USB Loader GX and I couldn't for the life of me get it to sync until I used priiloader to boot the system menu then it synced straight away.

Same issue here, auto boots to Configurable USB Loader.

Did you use a Game cube controller navigate priiloader?

Thankfully I had 1 Wiimote that was synced so I could push the A button on that.

Can't you take the SD card out, put it in your PC, and change the bootmii.ini to have it start bootmii, and navigate that to start the system menu?

I was thinking along those lines also dave208, What happens if priiloader can't find the .dol file for the loader? No SD Card Or USB HDD?
