Telewest Broadband

Hi, I have received a letter from Telewest offering me broadband for £25 if I have another service (TV or Telephone line)
What I wanted to know is does anyone rate there service as any good or are there better alternatives.
I used to have Telewest TV a few years ago, and they were a joke, always losing the service and could not get through to customer services to sort the problem. One other thing, do they have a limit on the size of downloads?

My personal experience with Telewest Broadband is nothing but smooth running.

I would highly recommend it, I use the 1Mb service.

As with all ISP's, they have their outages but they try to keep you informed and Blueyonder users have an 0800 number for any problems.

I do not use their TV but I do have the telephone through telewest and again no problems.

Beats ADSL hands down.

i have the 1mb internet service and tv package and both are very good especially the internet which is excellent apart from upload speeds but if u r a general user this will not matter to u. the tv was crap last month cuz they were 'upgrading' it and everything went slow and laggy but apart from this its been good
