Was this ever shown on TV in the states, I'd never seen it and was wondering .... he is quite funny

they aren't doing spin offs because they don't want to ruin the good reputation the show has.
Actually, in 2000 Kramer (Michael Richards) did have his own comedy show/sitcom and it ran for 8 episodes. It was called "The Michael Richards Show" Dont know if it is to have a second series or if it is to be shown in the UK
