New NTL prices for 1mb line
One of my m8s has just upgraded from 512 to 1mb and has been given a price of £35 per month for 6months, the operative told him that this will be the price for everyone after December.
Has anyone else heard this because i am paying NTL £50 at the mo for 1mb.

Why not phone customer services and enquire as to the pricing structure?
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car

Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it
This information is correct, the price is 34.99 - it was been trialled in some areas of the UK, but it you ask about it now, you might get it at that price earlyIts to bring it in line with BY price for 1mbit.
I can't wait for my adsl contract to end so I can get ntl installed agin.

Heard a rumour that the speed of the 512k is to be upped slightly to 600+. Anyone shed any light on this?

Hi there, they upped the speed from 512 - 600 k on the 12th september , day mine was installed.
upgrade was automatic, means u'll get extra 5-6k/bs thats all , some people can notice it and others had faster lines in first place. but its in effect now

If you ring customer services they will up your package to 1mb for £34.99 a month - (when you ring go directly to sales) the other muppets still wanna charge you £50
