    Default Roads in North Tyneside...

...are a fukkin disgrace. Every single road is deteriorating rapidly and have not been resurfaced for years. Every journey descends into a 'dodge the pothole' ballistic game.

The side streets - the back roads - the alleys - the dual carriage ways - the A roads - the B roads..everything!!

There are massive fukkin craters everywhere. They used to be pot holes but they have have been left that long that they have evolved into something that resembles a 1km wide meteor that has smashed into the road.

I'm gunna email the useless t**ts

Yeah i live in hadrian park. My street has chunks missing out. If you drive up to the shops near the bush pub, there are two massive and i mean huuuuuuge holes where you could lose your car.

North shields, wallsend tynemouth and whitley bay, total disgrace.

What makes it worse is the tool of a bitch who got in promised to reduce council tax

Now i understand that with the bad weather we had its destroyed the roads, but they could at least start repairing them, and it shows how shite and thin it was when they first layed it

aint been round to the shops but know theres a couple of big potholes on the way up to the bowman, you should see what its like round here, the round about has only been done a couple of years and its like driving over gravel

Tried him with a joypad, his hands are just a bit too small at the mo, tho he does like wathching me play games, which isnt bad for him being 11 days old and is just able to see properly.

Anyhoo still waiting in you responding to that wedding invite, so we kna the numbers

I've got a 4x4 - only time it goes off road is going to North Tyneside Hospital

Glad I live in Pink Panther County where we have marginally better roads - only cos we don't buy grit for them and spend the cash on councillors expenses and shite like that

The salt has totally screwed the roads up this year. The final nail in the coffin. That'll teach them to buy better tarmac.

Really glad to see none of my £415+ a year road tax is spent on the roads - it's probably on cameras so plod can stay in the warm drinking coffee, eating donuts and surfing porn on the web - when they aren't dealing guns to law abiding citizens of course

The main road where i live was redone last year at a cost of £15.000.000 they are still working on it today every manhole has had to be redone and there are potholes around them all now where they have used shitty tar where they cut them out.
Also the day after they put topcoat on the gas board came round and dug a stretch up????

Stop moaning about it start taking photos and writeing letters to the council. I got so pissed off at getting new tyres and wheels for our cars never mind tracking and alignment adjustments I thought I would do somthing about it myself. The council paid for them btw

So far I have had a 20m setction of road resurfaced round the corner as a result of my letters, well I assume it was my letters. It only got done this last week so I will now step things up to get the other roads round here sorted out.

never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups!

    You're all fucking amateurs...

Level roads are boring. I love the challenge potholes bring to driving, and the faster you go the more satisfaction you get when you swerve last minute to avoid a biggie and the chav who's following you too close bounces through it like a loaded spring... Always brings a smile to my face

I saw two fuckwits filling in holes right after the snow. They didn't cone the road off. They simply shovelled some tar into a hole, did a half-hearted pat with the back of shovel and then jumped out of the way of oncoming traffic. Cars where driving straight over it! Absolute cunts. The roads are fucked up and down the country.
