    Help BSOD

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate RTM build 7600.win7_rtm.090713-1255 and I'm getting the BSOD with msg "end of NT evaluation period". I've tried all the hacks listed above but no luck fixing this yet. I thought this only happened on RC versions tho. Anyone any ideas how to fix it?

    Cheers

    Indeed...thats probably the case.

I had to do it a few weeks ago...the only plus side is when you do a fresh install the majority of your programs are in the ""old windows" folder and can be reinstalled from there.

I didnt find it that much of a problem to do a fresh install.

It used to say that until I tried all these fixes, now the section under windows activation says Status not available and Product ID not available.

    I'll try Mickeys patch...

just tried the slic loader and that prog says "not activated", tried the key and certicate patch choice and still the same. Should I do the other options, the bootloader etc? I've not patched my bios or anything.

Just a thought maybe once you start getting the nagging screen the patches dont work?

I havn`t had any activation issues on any oem pc i have built up. Only on the HP laptops which wont self auto activate when installing windows 7 I got the disk from the DF Downloads Section. The patch i posted earlier fixes it and says "activated". check the readme file thats with it as it tells you what to do
