GF 4 mx 420 no agp texture acceleration

just like the topic says. GF 4 mx 420 (AGP) and when i eun dxdiag agp texture acceleration is not available. Shouldn't it be available?

my specs are:

Athalon XP 1800
ASUS A7V333
GF 4 mx 420
SB Audigy

I had the same problem with a7a266. This was the solution for my problem:
