Read Disc Error

Can anyone help please.
Put a new lens in ps2 worked fine last night''but not now
disc goes round ok but it keeps cumming read disc error
then it wont load.cheers lads.

Check all the cables are securely connected.

Cheers there m8 for the info.the cabbles and stuff are fine.
The reason i changed the lens''it was saying read disc error
put new one on and its still doing the same it doesnt make
any sence.thanks m8.
