WTD Laptop - URGENTLY

A mate of mine got his home broken into and laptop stolen along with all the phone leads.

He can get the leads no problem but he needs a laptop urgently.

It needs to be as cheap as poss, £250 or less. The only thing it needs to have on it is Win 95/98 CD Rom, Floppy and serial port in the back - And to work of course!
