So what are you trying to do exactly?
If you are trying to update your SCSI cards BIOS then it is all pretty self explanatory, if you are looking for a driver then what OS is it for?
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

Mate, look like a couple of paragraphs down and it reads:

    Drivers & Software Updates

Use PKUNZIP.EXE to unzip driver files to a floppy. Make sure to extract the subdirectories. Example: pkunzip.exe DC6X0U.ZIP a: -d (Not all files have subdirectories)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Version: 3.03b
    File: DC3X5U.ZIP
    Date: 12/18/01
    Size: 226KB
Description: All Drivers for DC-395UW, DC-395U, DC-315U & DC-305E/I PCI SCSI Controllers. Includes: Windows XP (Microsoft-Certified), Windows 2000/NT/95/98/ME (for ME use 98 drivers), Netware, OS/2, etc.
Changes: Add Windows XP Certified Driver
Fix system will not go into Standby Mode in Windows 2000
Fix Windows 2000 INF file installation error "Please Insert Disk."

There's even a link to the driver:

    ftp://ftp.tekram.com/scsi/3X5/DC3X5U.ZIP

    Is that what you're after???
Go shagging in Prague or live it large in Vegas !!
