If you get emails with attatchment do your self a favour delete it
Delete emails with 2 extension in the attatchment
example: Tracks For Web Site.doc.exe

actually guys the most common place to pick up viruses is in digi tv download files and most worms nest themselves so that they get further distributed through mails .
