Arlotto Router problem.

hey
i bought an Arlotto Rb14E router and connected 2 pc's up to them
but i have a problem with msn/mirc/ all chatting programs where they sign out every 5 min or so?
any ideas? im clueness

I've never heard or worked with those routers, I assume they don't sell em here in toronto.


NEways I would think there's a port timer where after a default time it disconnects the port, read your instruction manual or e-mail tech support for more info on how to remove the timer.
