whats a goog temprature for a cpu to run at?
mine is running at like 60 degrees celcius. thats seems a bit high to me.
and are the mb fans supposed to blow air in to the box or out of the box?

well,
it would be useful to give more specs.
second, the cpu runs ok, alittle hot, but reasonable.
mine runs at 45-46c with a spike to 52-53 when under full load.
third, what about the mb fans?
what box do they blow in?
you mean case fans? those should be exhaust in back, and input on front, to create airflow.
mobo fans generally blow air into the heatsink(on the bus bridge, on the video card).

specs like your mobo (some boards display higher than actual temp) and your cpu cooler.
its a asus a7a266 mb and the fan is a coolmaster for cpus up to 1.4 ghz. checking the temp with asus probe 2.17.02
The temperature is a bit too high as for athlon 1.33. My athlon xp 1800+ is running @ about 50 full load.
Buy a better cooler. It's not very expencive
Try this one from titan TTC-CU5TB silent and effective.
