      can you explain abit further please? like, when does this happen? when u load spoftware or when u stick a blank in? abit more details wud be good please

      when I insert any cd blank/full.
      btw cd-rw is lg-gce-8160b and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still no joy.
