Everytime I switch it on it keeps flashing on and off and the only way to stop it is by taking the battery off. Now it may be the board or the software plying up anywhere I can find more inf about it

its the software playing up. u r lucky, i had more probs than those with mine. the new t68i software upgrade is available and it is impressive, fixes all the freezing and memory probs.
contact sony ericsson and they will point u to your nearest service centre, they will then upgrade it for free.
