From the home page i click on memory upgrades then on the right of the search by memory by type.Then pick ddr pc2100 184 dimm from the list and then voila!

Just checked in on Crucial, they also have 128MB Compactflash for £30.59 - with a coupon deal of £3.00 off, which effectively makes it £27.59...
Just ordered myself one - total including VAT (delivery was free) came to £32.42.
