hi just wondering how much it would cost to have coloured led's put in either a 3310 or a 8210. n what exactly does an upgrade do?

It can vary depending which of the 2 phones you put the led's in as the 33 has 8 or 9 led's depending on its age and the 82 has 12 also the coulour can make a great difeence in the price also#

As for the upgrade normaly this is done to add extra items or normally just to improve the performance of the phone such as improved signal

The other option is a software conversion

the 3310 can be converted to a 3315 giving things like picture editor , auto keypad lock etc

the 8210 can be converted to a 8250 depending which chip is in it it must be a rom6 not a 5 this will then give you features such as ringtone composer

the led setup on the 3330 is the same as the later 3310 with 4 leds for the screen and 4 for the keypad
nothing in the way of upgrades about all you can do is modify the flash file to alter the menu's graphics and text fonts etc
