    Default dots in video playback

Hi I couldn't find a thread on this..

But in games which have video playing and sometimes otherwise, I see random pixels go completely white..

    Anyone know why?

i dont know but i get them in game. i read posts on other forums of people with the same experience.
It might be the TV or some sort of interference from somewhere. i would love to know and also if it is fixable
