has anyone actually tried this yet, and i was under the impression that you cannot downgrade your firmware once u update it, thats what it said when i did it, and there is a post on that forum about it someone saying the same thing.

so am i wrong CAN you downgrade ????? and does this really work???

Downgrade? Dunno. Try asking on that forum. It's worth a try.

If it works? Yessss, like a charm! I'm using v1.33 atm on my A104 and I got no coasters so far.

Ok i did it, BUT!

I have a pioneer a03 with 1.90 and first i downgrade it to the 1.68 all 2 speed but the drive did not work properly with the blanco's i used before at 1 speed with 100% good backups.

Then i upgrade it to the 1.90 all 2 speed that i donwloaded from the link on the site from rap. and i still cann't use that media, also mt that's write disc's won't work anymore!

So i will flash it back to the origanal 1.90 and hope i can use them again only at 1 speed.

I used prassi primo dvd to burn them, don't know if it work better with nero will try that first before i flash it again to origanal.
