downloaded the ISO burned and not booting - (tried to patch beta chip - said did not need doing) extracted the ISO with xdfsextract.exe - burned - still not booting any ideas

freaky have you got it to work - as the one i am trying is the CSiSO release

I had that prob with px release, but csiso release worked fine for me. I have a x-ecuter

Ok I had this sitting on my hd for a while, I burned it and it didn't work, and I've only just come back to it

Anywhoo - extracted it with xboxisotool, and burned it as a Mode1/USF disc (no Joliet) using Primo and it works fine (dvdrw). I also used boXplorer to copy it to hd and it works great from there too - PAL xbox set to NTSC, 2nd to last EvoX dash, EvoX 2.2 homebrew, time set correctly, 120gig WD hard disk.

I don't get why this works for some people and not for others

You could try checking your files, just to be sure...

yeah it is very weird how it works for some and not for others, me being one of the unlucky ones, i think the strangest part is even the copy of it on the multi dvd dont work either same error.

just re-extrcted the file i downloaded and burnt again - now it works

but now stuck on the where you have to race the train

i did it about 4 or 5 times m8 still no luck, what did u extract it with and how u burn it, and did you do it any different than you did the first time???
