    Dj mixing packages help

I am looking for a dj package for my missis ,
i am settling on some gemini pt2400 decks (£445) and am looking at either a citronic msx 2s (£179) or a behringer vmx 300 mixer (£149).
Does anyone know if these are a good choice and if anyone has any preference on which one is the best one to get ?.
Or does anyone in the know have any other ideas , i am looking to spend around £600ish and want good quality well weighted direct drive decks and a mixer that includes a good bpm counter .

    Cheers

Pay the little bit extra and get her 1210's! Richersounds are doing them for £299 each. Also treat yourself too a Pioneer DJM-600 and give her your old mixer! The DJM-600 is Sooooooooo good.

    Default 1210

don't buy nothing apart from 1210's m8, although i used Vestax turntables once and they were spot on, but you would have to try the vestax to make sure, but they were about £450 each.

    The DJM 600

Expensive & a little tricky too use but once you get the hang of it some of the sounds/effects are truely amazing.

The technics would be my ideal choice and is what i had when i was dj'ing , but for a bedroom package i think the gemini ones will suffice .
We tried them out and they seemed ok and and had the same feel as the technics ones and are a good price.
The pioneer is a very good mixer , but is expensive at £645 .
Not looking to get my leg lifted , hence i have set a figure of around £600 for the full setup .
check these out and let me know what you think

Cheers for the info lads , well appreciated , keep it coming
