    phone insurance

My phone got nicked this morning, pickpocketed on the tube

now the question I need to know is this.

i got this contract last november with a 3330. The phone that got nicked today was a 8310. Am i in line for getting the phone replaced that was on me, or another 3330? I got my phone from dialaphone, and kept on with their insurance policy. I know a mate who had a phone nicked (also a dialaphone one) and he got a better model.

    any ideas?

    thanks in advance

You will get a 3310 mate, or if they dont get hold of em anymore, a 3330. You might as well say u had a t68i on you, you insured the fone you bought, not the other one sorry dude

one thing that will hapen for sure, is that the serivce provider will barr the phone that the sim was in, cos the sim registers the imei number of the phone that its in and reports back to hq.

and on their system it will show all the phones that the sim has been in (well it does for orange anyway)

so no doubt u will get another 3330, unless they stopped making this phone, which i dont think they have.
