Default Building or Buying a PC

Im looking to upgrade my old PC and want to start fresh im idealy looking for these specs

AMD 1.8 Ghz processor (or above)
    40 gig Drive
    256 mb Ram
64mb graphics card (G force prob)
soundcard (not really botherd about this just a standard one)
And a mother board for it all to fit on
and a case to fit it all in

can i get this lot for around £450 ? with good brands and not built on sound or video. Not to botherd about cd drives and floppys yet sas they are only cheap anyway.

thanks in advance for any help
